I believe an artist should have an abiliity to hold the attention of an audience by simply tapping into their own deepest personal connection to the composer and the music.  It becomes an in-the-moment and seamless expression of something very profound and important, and its success remains entirely based on energy created by humans for humans.  I believe nothing comes close to the power of this equation, and that nothing ever will.
